HOW TO ORDER AND PAY . Choose one of the following:

1. Credit/Debit cards - telephone us on 020 8201 9324 with your order and card details. We do not store card details either on paper or electronically, all card details are destroyed as soon as your order has been processed.

Please do NOT send card details by email.

2. PAYPAL Invoice - you can use the secure paypal system to pay online.
Send us your order by email to eurojapanlinks@aol.com requesting payment by paypal, we will send you an invoice through paypal. Please follow their instructions in order to pay. When payment is confirmed to us we will send out your order. You do not need to have a paypal account.

3. CHEQUE - Payable to Euro Japan Links Ltd

We cannot be held responsible for any duty that may be levied on your parcel. Customs form will show actual value. Please note that parcels to Europe may now be subject to customs charges.

All items are subject to availability and all website prices and other details are subject to change without prior notice. Changes, if any, will be notified to the buyer who may cancel or amend the order.

We aim to send out your order within 3 working days by franked post in the UK and by airmail to other destinations There may be delays when the office is closed during exhibitions and holidays. If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please phone or email to check .

Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as received by the buyer.

Claims for defective goods must be notified within 3 months after the receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
